Shipping policy
Free Shipping: Free shipping applies to nearly every item on the site with very few exceptions. These exceptions include Rock On Utah the book which is drop shipped by Rick Dalrymple and does not qualify for free shipping. Equipment, Rockhounding tools, and large amounts of bulk rock may not qualify for free shipping due to the size or weight restrictions. Shipping Time: We try to ship all orders within 3 business days. Orders of items marked as ready to ship will ship within 5 business days. Custom orders, customized items, and special orders will ship based on the time given in the description.
Seasonal Shipping Delay: Items do not ship from December 19th through January 1st annually unless otherwise arranged on a case-by-case basis.
How Do Items Ship: Items ship UPS or USPS depending on the address, ship time, cost, and shipping factors such as delays/strikes/weather issues.
