Either because the person who has discovered it does not know it currently has an assigned name, or because they are marketing it specifically from that location and want it to stand out. Dragon's Blood is simply the name given to Bloodstone that comes from Australia. It still has all the same features and properties of Bloodstone from Brazil or India but is much less common and is not mass mined.
